Shipping Policy
FULFILLING ORDERS
Fulfilling Orders are done Monday to Friday during Warehouse hours. We are Not Open Saturday, Sunday & most Holidays. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the Fulfillment Team to Fulfill and Pack your orders before contacting us. If you do not receive an update by the 7th business day please contact us immediately.
SHIPPING ORDERS
Standard shipping can take anywhere from 7–10 business days after being fulfilled. During the Holidays and due to the high volume of orders received for Black Friday/Cyber Monday, please expect an extended delay. If you do not receive your package after 20 business days, please contact us at kanaka@haehawaii.com. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS once shipped. We are not responsible for any lost, held, mis-shipped, missing items or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service purchased from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
MISSING ITEMS
Each package is packed with a packing slip of your order. The packing slip will be marked confirming the items packed in your package. If you are missing an item please contact us via email immediately with a photo of your packing slip and the package. This allows us to confirm the items shipped to you. Tampered packages will need to be notified to USPS immediately.
SHIPPING COSTS
We charge a flat rate of $10 for orders under $150.
Shipping is free for orders over $150.
