Return & Exchange Policy:

In-Store Purchases:
Store credit, refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase from the store location it was originally purchased with the original receipt. All qualifying items and purchases must be unaltered, unwashed, unused, with tags attached and in original condition to be eligible for exchange, return or store credit.

All discounted items (including but not limited to “Black Friday & Cyber Monday” specials, SALE, or clearance) are ALL SALES FINAL. No exceptions! We will not allow price adjustments on previous purchases. Our Pillow, Blankets, and Hats are ALL SALES FINAL. No exceptions!

Holiday Return & Exchange Policy:
Purchases made on 11/18/24 to 12/24/24 will be exchangeable until 1/8/2025, so long as the item(s) must be unaltered, unwashed, unused, with tags attached and in original condition to be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Online Purchases:
Store credit, refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery/arrival to shipping address or selected In-Store pick up location. All qualifying items and purchases must be unaltered, unwashed, unused, with tags attached and in original condition to be eligible for exchange, return or store credit.

Returns By Mail:
All returns via mail must be approved prior to returning items. Email kanaka@haehawaii.com for authorization with your name, order number, and item(s) that you wish to return. Refunds & Exchanges are available for returned merchandise via mail within the Online Purchase Return Policy Guidelines. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs of returns.

Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect your merchandise to confirm that the item is not damaged, defective, and/or the wrong item. We will send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is unavailable for exchange, you will receive an email confirming a refund to the original form of payment or an option to exchange for an available product.

Securely pack your merchandise & return the form in a box or packaging of your choice.  Include your order invoice. Any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).

If you wish to return and/or exchange your online order at our Sand Island location. It must follow the Returns By Mail guidelines before coming into the store to do the return or exchange. And will only be accepted at our Sand Island location.

Online Holiday Return & Exchange Policy:
Purchases made on 11/18/24 to 12/24/24 will be refundable and exchangeable until 1/10/2025, so long as the Return/Exchange has been approved and the item(s) must be unaltered, unwashed, unused, with tags attached and in original condition to be eligible for exchange or store credit.
