Return & Exchange Policy:

Customer satisfaction is a top priority! We want to make sure that you are provided with lole (clothing) that look good, feel good and is of good quality.

** We do NOT accept exchanges on Hats, Accessories, Exclusive/Limited Edition Items (which include Christmas items), Purchases made at Pop-Up Events, Sale Items (including items purchased during a Promotional Sale Campaign and/or using a discount code), and Gift Cards/Coupon Codes - ALL SALES ARE FINAL ** 

We reserve the right to change or modify any of these terms and conditions in our return/exchange policy at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions on this site. You waive any right to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of this website following the posting of changes or modifications will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications.

Starting July 1, 2025, refunds for any order placed Online or In-Store can only be issued in the form of Store Credit or Exchange for another item of similar or greater value.

We DO NOT offer Cash or Credit Card Refunds. Eligible merchandise will be given a One Time Exchange OR Merchandise Credit. The Merchandise Credit will be issued on a HAE HAWAII Gift Card.

Our Exchange Policy allows customers 14 days from the date they receive their order or made their In-Store Purchase to complete an Exchange. Online Returns may be done either Online or at the Sand Island Warehouse and In-Store Purchases to either Pearlridge Mall OR Windward Mall to be eligible for a Merchandise credit or Exchange for another item. After the 14-day period, we cannot accept any exchanges or issue any store credit. All eligible exchanges will be refunded as store credit only.

ALL Products must be unworn with tags attached, and in its original packing on full priced items only. Proof of Purchase with order number OR the original receipt is required for an exchange to be processed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on hats, accessories, sale items/items purchased with discount codes, during a sale or a pop up, and gift cards.

  • If you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us immediately upon receiving your order.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we would be more than happy to exchange your item for another product or issue you store credit for future use. We encourage all our customers to double-check order details before checkout. Mahalo nui loa in advance for your understanding!
