Return/Exchange Policy

Hae Hawaii takes the health concerns around the Coronavirus very seriously and with the rising case count, we encourage our staff and customers to prioritize their health first. Because of this, we are temporarily suspending product returns – in order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk. E kala mai for any inconvenience, but we will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. Once an item has left the store, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.


Damaged Packages

If an item comes damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us immediately. DO NOT discard the shipping box/package to facilitate the investigate process if necessary.  Please take pictures of your box/package and damaged merchandise.
